Participation privacy notice
This notice explains how the OneButton Labs team handles applications to test, build, or partner with the Lab.
What we collect and why
We collect your name, email, interests, application message, consent, and any optional organisation, website, or availability you provide. We use this information to review your application and contact you about relevant opportunities. Applying does not subscribe you to marketing.
Where information goes
Applications are stored in a Neon Postgres database in the United States, with the website and its server functions hosted by Vercel. Authorised reviewers use Clerk to sign in to the private review dashboard. Your application is not published in the product directory or shared with other applicants.
Security and service records
We use server-side access checks for review tools. To limit abuse, we keep temporary counters derived from your email and connection address using keyed hashes. Those counters expire after two days and are cleaned up when new submissions arrive. Hosting and authentication providers may process technical logs needed to operate their services. No advertising analytics are added to this site.
Review and deletion
We keep applications while assessing participation opportunities. You may request access, correction, or deletion, or withdraw your permission for further contact, by emailing hello@onebuttonlabs.com. Include your application reference if you have it. We may need to verify your request before changing or deleting information.
Please share only what is needed
Do not include passwords, financial details, identity documents, health information, or confidential client material. Links are optional; we do not need file uploads to review your interest.
